We make every effort to despatch your order as soon as payment is received.
National deliveries will be ready for shipping immediately. As delivery times vary from area to area, it is expected that your goods will arrive within 2-3 days. International deliveries will be via Australia Post Air Mail. Delivery can take up to 10 days depending on location. We send you an email to your let you know when your item has been shipped. If a problem should arise, such as stock availability, we will contact you regarding any expected delays.
Our delivery charges are determined by weight in line with Australia Post’s costs.
There are sometimes unexpected delays with deliveries. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Sun Gear if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery, and does not entitle cancellation of an order.
Delivery loss or damage is very rare. At Sun Gear, we take every effort to ensure that your item is packaged securely so that it arrives safely at your address. Once the item has been passed on to Australia Post however, we are unable to guarantee its safe passage. You do have the option of paying for registered post if you desire.
If your order has been damaged prior to receipt, we will replace items according to our discretion, with another selection or refund. Please keep the damaged goods until you have discussed this with us. It may be that we need to see the goods or that we need to show the damage to our courier company in order to obtain compensation.
We offer Registered Post as an option for extra security. Should you wish to enquire further about our shipping rates, request alternative delivery mechanisms, arrange insurance, registered or express delivery services please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We expect that you will love your items as much as we do. If however, you are not completely satisfied with the quality or size, we will happily exchange or refund your item.
Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase, in original condition with tags still attached. To return or exchange an item, please send an email to email@example.com and provide the following information:
- Your name and daytime telephone number
- Invoice Number and item name
- Reason for wanting to return/exchange
Returned products must be new and unworn/unused, with tags still attached to comply with Australian Government Health Regulations. Acceptances of returned products are subject to being inspected by Sun Gear and being judged, in our sole discretion, as in original, undamaged, and resalable condition.
For hygienic purposes, when trying on swimwear, please ensure that you are wearing underwear. Failure to comply with this will result in the return being rejected when inspected. Goods smelling of perfume or tobacco smoke, marked or damaged will be rejected. Please keep your return products in a smoke–free environment.
If it is clear that the item is not in its original condition, Sun Gear reserves the right to refuse to refund your payment. We will contact you if there are any problems in this regard.
